The Firm represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in connection with a Rule 144A/Reg S offering by Gannett Co., Inc. of $350 million of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2021 and $325 million of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2024.
