Litigation Counsel Janet Whittaker spoke at the American Bar Association’s 2015 Asia Forum on March 2, 2015. She spoke on the panel “You Say Chusai, Chotai, I Say Arbitration, Mediation: Comparing Dispute Resolution Procedures in Japan, Korea & the U.S.,” which compared the dispute resolution procedures and systems in those three countries, emphasizing how to manage the differences in culture and client expectations.
