Corporate Partner Joe Kaufman will speak at Practising Law Institute's “Securities Offerings 2015: A Public Offering: How it is Done” program on March 13, 2015. Joe will speak on two panels, “Working Effectively with the SEC: Preparing Your Registration Statement” and “Important Financial Statements and Accounting Disclosures,” which will discuss a variety of topics.
