Corporate Partner Joe Kaufman will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s seminar “Securities Offerings 2016: A Public Offering: How it is Done” on March 11. Joe will speak on two panels, “Working Effectively with the SEC: Preparing Your Registration Statement” and “Important Financial Statements and Accounting Disclosures.” The seminar will take place in New York City and is also available by webcast.
