Tyler Robinson to Speak at 4th ICC MENA Conference on International Arbitration in Dubai
Litigation Partner Tyler Robinson will speak at the ICC’s advanced level training session on document production, to be held on April 11 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in conjunction with the International Chamber of Commerce’s 4th Conference on International Arbitration in the Middle East and North Africa. During the training, Tyler will lead sessions on “Thinking Strategically about the Document Production Process,” which will address the procedural and strategic choices that should set the approach to document production in international arbitration, and “Electronic Documents – unique challenges and opportunities,” which will explore the controversial boundaries in international arbitration of electronic document disclosure.
