Blackstone to Sell Wells Fargo Center
Simpson Thacher is representing Blackstone, in connection with the announced sale of its interest in the 500,475-square-foot Class A office tower located at 11601 Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles, California for $311 million (before credits, prorations and closing costs) to Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP).
