Olga Gutman and Michael Wolitzer to Speak at IBA’s International Conference on Private Investment Funds
Corporate Partners Olga Gutman and Michael Wolitzer will be speaking on two separate panels at the International Bar Association’s Conference on Private Investment Funds, on March 12 in London. Olga will be speaking at a workshop entitled “Key Trends Relating to Hedge Funds.” The workshop will focus on key terms in an evolving hedge fund market, including the challenging landscape in fund raising. Participants will address fee arrangements, liquidity arrangements, multiple term combinations, large investor/early bird terms and co-investment vehicles. Michael will be speaking at a plenary session titled “Current Trends in Investment Management M&A.” The session will address the issues and trends relating to acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and spin-off transactions in the alternative asset management industry.
