The American Lawyer Names Elizabeth Cooper Dealmaker of the Year for 2019
Corporate Partner Elizabeth Cooper was profiled as one of 2019’s Dealmakers of the Year by The American Lawyer. Elizabeth was recognized for representing a Blackstone-led consortium in its $20 billion partnership agreement with Thomson Reuters.
Elizabeth was also recognized for advising Blackstone on four others deals in 2018.
