John Terzaken Quoted in Law360 on Federal Government’s Questioning of California Emissions Standards Agreement
Litigation Partner John Terzaken was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “Trump, DOJ Turn Up Heat On Calif. Car Emissions Deal.” In the article, John joins others in scrutinizing the viability of a threatened antitrust challenge to an agreement by certain auto manufacturers to meet higher emissions standards set by the California Air Resources Board, questioning whether political motivations are at play: “I know there was a suggestion that this isn't being driven politically, but you have to look at that with a bit of a jaundiced eye, if you've got two different executive branch agencies now reaching out to California on the very same issue.”
