Corporate Partner Rajib Chanda spoke at the Investment Company Institute’s “Closed-End Fund Conference” on November 7 in New York. Rajib spoke on a panel titled, “Paradox of Choice: Selecting the Best Alternative Closed-End Fund Structure for Your Complex.” The panel compared different types of closed-end funds that have recently gained interest, as well as discussed practical considerations associated with each fund structure.
