Grenfel Calheiros Quoted in Law.com on Brazilian IPOs in 2020
Corporate Partner Grenfel Calheiros was quoted in a Law.com article titled, “Banner Year for Brazil IPOs Bodes Well for Law Firms.” The article discussed the boom in initial public offerings in Brazil over this past year despite the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that 2020 has been Brazil’s busiest year for IPOs in over a decade. “The pipeline is strong, and 2021 has the potential to be an even stronger year,” said Grenfel.
