Jon Youngwood Quoted in AmLaw Litigation Daily on 2021 Litigation Outlook
Jon Youngwood, Global Co-Chair of Simpson Thacher’s Litigation Department, was quoted in an AmLaw Litigation Daily article titled, “Litigation Prognostication: What Lit Daily Readers Expect Out of 2021.” In discussing litigation trends that may arise in 2021, Jon noted that the year will likely begin with more remote depositions, hearings and trials, but that court activity will likely pick up to address the numerous trial-ready cases once it becomes safe to conduct in person activities.
