LLC, Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. and Nomura Securities International, Inc., in connection with the offering by ORIX Corporation of $500 million of 4% Senior Notes due 2032. The offering was made pursuant to ORIX’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
