ispace, inc. Completes IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
Simpson Thacher recently represented SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited acting as sole global coordinator in connection with ispace, inc.’s ¥6.7 billion (US$50 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including an international offering to institutional investors in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
ispace, inc. is a private space company focusing on the provision of small-scale lunar payload services and data services relating to the lunar environment.
