Litigation Partner Bill Russell was appointed by New York Court of Appeals Chief Judge Rowan Wilson to the Judicial Institute on Professionalism in the Law. The Institute, established in 1999, serves to promote awareness and adherence to professional values and ethical behavior by lawyers in New York State. The Institute is responsible for, among other things, promoting public understanding of matters relating to the role of law and lawyers, observing and commenting upon ethics-related initiatives, and monitoring and commenting upon methods for enforcing standards of professional conduct.
