Simpson Thacher represented the Gray Foundation in connection with the Foundation’s $125 million grant to the American Friends of Tel Aviv University to support the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at Tel Aviv University (TAU). The historic grant – the largest in TAU’s history – will dramatically expand capacity at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, provide scholarships, fund BRCA research and bolster the institution’s quality of education, training and research.
The Gray Foundation is focused on accelerating research, improving treatment and raising awareness for individuals who have inherited BRCA mutations, as well as expanding opportunities for low-income NYC youth.
