Flexjet Raises $800 Million Equity Investment from Consortium of Strategic Investors

The Firm is representing KSL Capital Partners (“KSL”) in connection with its participation in an $800 million equity investment in Flexjet, Inc. (“Flexjet”) from a consortium of strategic investors alongside L Catterton and the J. Safra Group. The investment marks the largest equity investment in the history of private aviation and creates a strategic partnership between Flexjet’s management and three leading global investors.

Flexjet, which first entered the fractional jet ownership market in 1995, is a global leader in private aviation, offering fractional jet ownership and leasing.

KSL is a private equity firm specializing in travel and leisure enterprises in five primary sectors: hospitality, recreation, clubs, real estate and travel services.
