Ryan Brizek, a partner in Simpson Thacher’s Registered Funds practice, will co-chair the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, “Investment Management 2025: Current Issues & Trends,” on July 29-30 in New York. He will also moderate two panels during the program, titled “SEC Division of Investment Management’s Strategic Agenda” and “Developments in Evergreen Fund Structures to Access Private Markets.”
Adam Aderton, a partner in the Firm’s Funds Regulatory and Investigations practice, will moderate a panel during this program, titled “Enforcement and Litigation Trends in Investment Management.”
The program will explore the SEC’s priorities under the new administration, recent regulatory actions and their implications for proposed and adopted rules, along with product development trends of the day.
