Komatsu Finance America Completes $500 Million Senior Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher recently represented the initial purchasers, for which Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Komatsu Finance America Inc. of $500 million of 4.196% Senior Notes due 2030, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Komatsu Ltd. (“Komatsu”). The offering was made in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
