Centerbridge Partners and Reframe Holdings Announce Self-Storage Joint Venture
Simpson Thacher represented Centerbridge Partners L.P. (“Centerbridge”) in connection with the formation of a joint venture with Reframe Holdings to acquire more than $500,000,000 in self-storage assets across the United States.
Centerbridge is a private investment firm with a multi-strategy business approach focusing on private equity, credit, distressed strategies and special situations, and real estate. Reframe Holdings, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, specializes in self-storage acquisitions. Reframe Holdings has completed more than $1.8 billion in transactions of self-storage and industrial properties across 40 facilities since its founding in 2024.
