Eric Swedenburg, Global Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, and Elizabeth Cooper, Global Head of Private Equity, have been named to Forbes’ inaugural list of “America’s Top M&A Lawyers.” This recognition spotlights the “elite group of lawyers steer[ing] the nation’s biggest and most complex transactions.” Over the past year, Eric has guided high-profile transactions such as Paramount’s combination with Skydance and Beacon Roofing Supply’s $11 billion acquisition by QXO. Elizabeth was recognized for her work advising Silver Lake on its take-private of Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., and Blackstone’s acquisition of a majority stake in Jersey Mike’s.
