The Firm recently advised Rosebank Industries plc on its transfer from AIM to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities and admission to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the FCA’s Official List, marking a significant milestone in its progression.
The admission followed Rosebank’s recent acquisitions and positions the company for its next stage of growth. It is anticipated that Rosebank will be included in the next Quarterly Review of the FTSE 250 Index, subject to review by FTSE Russell.
