Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as the underwriter in connection with the offering by certain affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and GTCR, LLC of an aggregate of 30,000,000 shares of common stock of Sotera Health Company (“Sotera Health”). The offering raised approximately $470 million in aggregate gross proceeds for the selling stockholders and closed on November 10, 2025.
