Partner Justin Browder, a member of the Firm’s Registered Funds and Asset Management Regulatory and Enforcement Practices participated as a panelist at the Practicing Law Institute’s (“PLI”) Fintech and Regtech in the Financial Services Industry: Current Issues for Investment Advisers and Broker-Dealers 2025 conference on November 19. The panel, “Regulatory Round-Up—SEC, FINRA and Related Rulemaking” discussed rapidly evolving legislative, guidance and related rulemaking targeting Broker-Dealers and Advisers and examined other current regulatory developments and practice issues encountered by attorneys and compliance professionals in the securities industry.
