Craig Waldman Quoted in New York Law Journal on 2026 Securities Litigation Outlook
Craig Waldman, Head of the Firm’s Asset Management Litigation Practice, was quoted in a New York Law Journal article examining the top issues and trends that securities litigators are watching in 2026. Drawing on his experience representing high-growth tech companies and digital innovators in complex disputes and corporate governance matters, Craig’s commentary focused on the increased scrutiny of artificial intelligence.
As companies deploy AI in trading, credit and surveillance, Craig remarked that companies are working to ensure they are “getting it right and disclosing as much as possible.” He also noted that while it “may take a while for that scrutiny to develop,” plaintiffs will be probing into whether companies have misstated the accuracy of their AI, underplayed biases or failed to properly disclose potential risks.
