Chris Ludwig Quoted in The Deal on Activist, Private Equity Alignment Amid M&A Uptick
Partner Chris Ludwig was quoted in an article in The Deal titled, “Resurgent M&A Fortifies Activist, Private Equity Alignment,” which detailed the interplay between shareholder activism and private equity amid the M&A resurgence in 2025. Chris explained that activists and private equity firms are essentially playing “the same game” of identifying troubled companies with significant intrinsic value that require operational correction.
