Pan American Energy Completes US$375 Million Senior Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch (a branch of Pan American Energy, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company) in connection with the offering of US$375 million principal amount of 7.750% Senior Notes due 2037. The offering of the notes was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
Pan American Energy is the largest privately-held oil and gas producer of Argentina with diversified operations across Latin America, including upstream operations in Mexico and Bolivia.
