AppWorks Raises $165 Million for Fourth Venture Capital Fund
Simpson Thacher advised AppWorks Ventures Co., Ltd. (“AppWorks”) in connection with the formation and fundraising of its fourth venture capital fund (“AppWorks Fund IV”), which closed on November 10, 2025, with aggregate capital commitments of approximately $165 million. AppWorks Fund IV received strong support from a diverse group of investors, including sovereign wealth funds, corporates, insurance companies and family offices.
