Antitrust Partner Preston Miller spoke on a panel as part of the Global Competition Review’s (“GCR”) Live: Navigating the future of antitrust 2026 conference on January 29th in Miami Beach. The panel, titled “Antitrust Reset: US enforcement shifts and global impact,” explored whether U.S. antitrust enforcement is undergoing a fundamental shift or simply reinforcing traditional monopolization and collusion cases. Head of European antitrust and foreign investment, Antonio Bavasso, served on the Steering Committee for this conference.
