Simpson Thacher recently advised BharCap Partners, LLC in connection with its portfolio company, Insurvia, acquiring Pronto Insurance, a distributor and managing general agent of personal lines insurance policies.
Pronto will continue to operate as a distinct brand along with Fiesta Insurance Franchise Corporation and La Familia Auto Insurance under the Insurvia umbrella.
