Ryan Brizek, a Partner in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, will speak on a panel at the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF)’s Fund Governance & Regulatory Insights Conference on March 6 in Washington, D.C. The panel, titled “Oversight of Alternative & Private Funds in RICs,” will explore governance considerations in connection with how interval funds, tender offer funds and BDCs allow individual investors to access private market investments.
