Benjamin Wells Speaks at AIF Global on Valuation Approaches in Alternative Investments
Benjamin Wells, a Partner in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, participated in a panel discussion at the 2026 AIF Institute Private Wealth Investing Symposium, hosted by AIF Global on March 3. The session, entitled “Valuations Without a Playbook: Comparing Evergreen and Closed End Approaches,” examined the challenges and considerations involved in valuing alternative investment vehicles in today’s evolving market environment. The conversation explored how evergreen and closed end vehicles differ in valuation methodology, liquidity and risk management. The session was led by Mark Robillard, Vice President, Alternative Investments Research at Fidelity Investments, and featured Doug Krupa, Head of Global Wealth Solutions at KKR, alongside Benjamin Wells.
