Simpson Thacher Represents Administrative Agent in Oracle’s $10 Billion Revolving Credit Facility
Simpson Thacher represented Bank of America, as administrative agent, in connection with Oracle Corporation’s entry into a new five-year $10 billion revolving credit facility and increase of its commercial paper program. The proceeds of borrowings under the facility may be used for working capital purposes and for other general corporate purposes.
