John Bennett to Speak at the New York City Bar Association Not-for-Profit Law Conference
John Bennett, a Partner in the Firm’s Exempt Organizations Practice, will speak at the New York City Bar Association’s Not-for-Profit Law Conference on March 24, 2026. The annual program highlights significant legal and regulatory developments affecting tax exempt organizations.
John is speaking on a panel titled “Current Developments in Nonprofit Law: What to Watch in 2026.” The discussion will address IRS and Exempt Organizations updates, key federal and state court decisions, enforcement trends and regulatory developments, and NYS and NYC legislative and administrative changes affecting nonprofit organizations.
