Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Christine Bae and Jacob Ruby have joined the Firm as Partners in the Capital Structure Solutions Practice.
Christine and Jacob bring extensive experience advising sponsors, companies, lenders and investors on complex capital structure matters, including liability management exercises, special situations and private credit transactions. Both are known for designing capital structure solutions that address clients’ most pressing strategic and financial challenges. Their addition underscores the continued expansion of the Firm’s multidisciplinary platform to meet clients’ evolving capital structure needs.
