Christine Bae is a Partner in the Firm’s Capital Structure Solutions Practice. Based in Los Angeles, she leads strategy and capital markets analysis for the Capital Structure Solutions Practice.  In addition, she analyzes market data to help predict outcomes and guide transaction structures that are tailored to the client’s specific objectives and needs, admist the backdrop of current market conditions. 

She advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, lenders and investors on complex capital structure and debt financing matters, including liability management exercises, special situations and private credit transactions. She has extensive experience in developing and executing bespoke liability management transactions, providing complex financing solutions to address clients’ evolving capital structure needs.

Christine has led the design of some of the most complex and novel liability management exercises completed in recent years, including exercises for Alkegen, Astound Broadband, Magenta (dba Trellix and Skyhigh Security), Quest Software, RSA, Upstream Rehab and Saks. 

Christine received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2013, where she wrote for the California Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.
