Gabe Silva and Sam Rudik Quoted on Growing Data Center Deal Volume
Partners Gabe Silva and Sam Rudik were quoted in The American Lawyer on the unprecedented growth in data centers and the depth of expertise required to advise on the complex transactions. In the article, “For Dealmaking Firms, Data Centers Are Money Centers. Will It Continue?,” Sam highlighted the importance of community buy-in for the success of data center transactions and development while Gabe underscored the value of sector-specific experience, noting “This is not something we are doing because of a boom.” Simpson Thacher has advised on transactions in the space going back to 2010 and, in 2025, was ranked first for data center transactions across both deal value and deal count in 2025, according to Infralogic.
