Laura Brett and Sara Razi Speak at ABA’s 74th Antitrust Spring Meeting
Laura Brett, Head of the Firm's Advertising Advisory and Litigation Practice, and Sara Razi, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, spoke at the ABA’s 74th Antitrust Spring Meeting on March 25 in Washington, D.C.
Laura participated in a panel discussion, “Lanham Act at 80: Digital Era Disputes,” which explored how competitor false advertising claims under the Lanham Act are evolving in today’s digital landscape, and Sara was a speaker on the panel, “Private Equity Continues in the Crosshairs” that examined whether private equity is experiencing a federal reprieve amid continued agency litigation and expanding state oversight.
