Simpson Thacher is advising Blackstone on the sale of the Fidere Patrimonio Socimi residential real estate portfolio in Spain to entities owned by affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management for a gross price of €1.2 billion.
The parties have entered into a share purchase agreement in relation to 100% of the portfolio and closing of the transaction is subject to approval by Fidere’s general shareholders’ meeting.
