Lindsey Bohl Speaks at AHLA’s Health Care Transactions Conference
Antitrust Partner Lindsey Bohl will participate in the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Health Care Transactions conference on April 13 - 15 in Nashville. Lindsey will speak on a panel titled, “Health Care M&A: Antitrust Enforcement Under Trump 2.0,” where she will explore how health care antitrust enforcement is evolving under the second Trump administration, with a particular focus on how the agencies are reviewing and challenging health care M&A transactions under the 2023 merger guidelines and the status of the new HSR rules. The panel will also discuss recent FTC and DOJ enforcement actions, expanding state-level review, and offer practical counseling insights on managing antitrust risk, transaction timing and regulatory strategy in health care transactions.
