Simpson Thacher represented Vertical Bridge, a portfolio company of funds and investment vehicles managed by affiliates of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. and La Caisse, in connection with the announced $1.5 billion equity investment in Vertical Bridge by affiliates of KKR. DigitalBridge and La Caisse also participated in the equity investment.
Vertical Bridge is the largest private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the United States, with a nationwide portfolio of more than 18,000 towers used by carriers, broadcasters and businesses to expand coverage and boost performance.
