Nathan Briggs and Debbie Sutter, Partners in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, participated as panelists in a webinar hosted by the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) on May 11 as part of its new Board Oversight of Alternative Investments series. The webinar, titled “Somewhere Over the Product Rainbow: Interval Funds, Tender Offer Funds, and BDCs, Oh My!”, explored the evolving landscape of alternative investment vehicles and related governance considerations for fund directors. Nathan and Debbie were joined by Kimberly Flynn of XA Investments and Derek Mullins of Pine Advisor Solutions to discuss key trends, structuring considerations and potential challenges across these products.
