Simpson Thacher Represents JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Dropbox, Inc.’s $400 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, collateral agent, joint lead arranger and bookrunner in connection with Dropbox, Inc.’s (“Dropbox”) entry into a new $400 million secured revolving credit facility (the “Revolving Credit Facility”). The proceeds of borrowings under the Revolving Credit Facility may be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including share repurchases.
