Nadia Bonnet to Speak at IBA Global Challenges and Opportunities for the Asset Management Industry Conference
Nadia Bonnet, Partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice, will be speaking at the 35th Annual IBA Global Challenges and Opportunities for the Asset Industry Conference, taking place from June 7–9 in Boston. The conference brings together leading asset managers, regulators and legal and industry professionals from around the world to examine key developments shaping the asset management sector, including regulatory trends, product innovation and cross-border challenges. Nadia will speak on the “Is your client’s private fund in the wrong place?” panel on June 9. The panel will explore the key considerations and market dynamics influencing private fund domicile decisions, with a focus on jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, the Channel Islands and Delaware.
