David Nemecek Quoted in The American Lawyer on the Growth of Liability Management Practices
David Nemecek, Head of the Capital Structure Solutions Practice, was quoted in an American Lawyer article discussing the increase in liability management practices. With the Firm experiencing a strong demand for work in this space, David observed that it takes a combination of “pure play” leveraged finance and restructuring lawyers, as well as people with “hybrid skills,” to build a practice equally strong in liability management and restructuring. He said, “Having a multifaceted practice means we’re best equipped to deliver solutions for clients that address the full spectrum of challenges and opportunities and that each individual situation presents the market.”
