His practice spans the energy and infrastructure industry, including oil and gas, renewables, power and logistics. He also advises public companies on SEC reporting, corporate governance matters and shareholder activism issues. Prior to his legal career, Denny worked at a leading global investment bank, covering clients across the Asia-Pacific region and at a global private equity firm.
