Simpson Thacher advised EQT, alongside Vinge, in connection with the recommended cash acquisition of Intertek by Isotope Bidco Limited. With this acquisition, EQT X is expected to be 75 - 80 percent invested (including closed and/or signed investments, announced public offers, if applicable, and less any expected syndication), subject to customary regulatory approvals.
