Simpson Thacher Represents Initial Purchasers in Offering of $500 Million of Senior Notes by Panasonic
Simpson Thacher recently represented the initial purchasers, for which BofA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Panasonic Holdings Corporation (“Panasonic”) of $500 million of 5.362% Senior Notes due 2036. The offering was made in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Panasonic is a Japanese multinational electronics company and has global operations, selling to countries and regions worldwide.
