Gabe was recognized for his work advising on major emerging technology transactions, including Vertical Bridge and its investor DigitalBridge on a $1.5 billion equity investment in Vertical Bridge by KKR, Macquarie’s investment of up to $5 billion the HPC data center business of Applied Digital and Vantage Data Centers’ acquisition of Yondr Group’s 300+ MW hyperscale data center campus in Southeast Asia.
