MasTec Completes $650 Million Senior Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in connection with the registered public offering by MasTec, Inc. of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.850% Senior Notes due 2036.
MasTec is a leading infrastructure construction company with 37,000 employees and 780 locations operating mainly throughout North America across a range of industries.
